What you will do
This is a live video call session with Ryo in Tokyo where he will walk you through a coffee journey. He will explain the various brewing techniques and how they affect the flavour notes and acidity of the coffee. Ryo will also teach you how to do a proper coffee tasting with smelling, slurping, locating and teach you ways to describe a coffee's flavour. Finally he will explain about what makes coffee in Japan special and tell stories behind the original art coffee cups they serve their coffee in.
Ryo's way of preparing and making his coffee comes with incredible dedication that makes his Japanese style coffee so unique. Some call it the omakase for coffee.
