What if I want to visit a place that is not listed?
We can arrange almost any location around the world. If the city is not listed, just get in touch with us and we will let you know if it's possible.
Are the guides professional interpreters?
Yes, all our guides do interpretation and translation on a professional basis. And they have experience with interpretation in work and business meeting settings. As much as possible, the system will match a guide based on your industry and needs.
Can I get samples or brochures after each visit?
Yes you can. After your trade show visit or other remote visit, we can help arrange with delivering samples to you. This is on a per request basis.
How many people can join in each session?
A total of 20 people can join in each video call.
Will a recording of the session be provided?
By default your session will be recorded for you to share and analyse after the session. However, if you do not wish it to be recorded, just indicate it to the guide and there will be no recording.
Is there a minimum amount of hours I need to book for each session?
The minimum is 1 hour per session.
